How Waterloo delivery works
Waterloo same-day delivery depends on courier coverage for the day. Orders submitted after the cutoff may be shown another available option.

3. Confirm
Select the same-day option if it appears for your order.
Important
Courier coverage can change by postal code, product availability, order volume, weather, and timing. If same-day delivery does not appear at checkout, the address may be outside the current route or the order may be outside the current service window.
Customers receive delivery updates when the parcel is picked up, out for delivery, and delivered. The recipient must be legally allowed to purchase the products and complete age verification when required.
