Shipping Policy

We serve eligible adult customers in Canada where delivery service is available and provincial or territorial rules allow. Local pickup is available at our Richmond Hill, Ontario store. Some addresses, products, or jurisdictions may be unavailable at checkout, and orders that cannot be fulfilled or age-verified may be cancelled and refunded.

Same-day delivery is available only for eligible delivery addresses in supported local service areas. Availability is determined by the shipping address entered at checkout, the products in the order, order readiness, and courier capacity for the day.

Current same-day service areas include the GTA and Hamilton, plus Waterloo, Kitchener, and Cambridge where courier coverage is available. To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be submitted before 10:30 AM. Courier pickup is normally scheduled between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM, with delivery completed by 10:00 PM where service conditions allow.

Online-only items and orders outside the same-day local delivery window may be fulfilled by regional delivery or standard delivery where service is available. Regional courier coverage includes Montreal, Quebec City, and Ottawa where address coverage is available, with delivery usually arriving in 2-3 business days.

If your address is outside a supported same-day or regional courier zone, checkout may show another available shipping method or may be unavailable for that address.

Local pickup may be available at 8763 Bayview Ave Unit 118-16, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 0G3, Canada. Pickup availability depends on product stock and order readiness. We may request government-issued photo ID and proof of legal age before releasing an order.

• Same-day and regional delivery are address-based services and may not appear for every customer or every order.
• Promotional free-delivery offers may have additional terms displayed on the site or at checkout.

Delivery orders require signature and legal-age verification where required by law. Your customer contact information may be used to send courier notifications when the parcel is picked up, out for delivery, and delivered.

If an order cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable, cannot complete age verification, or provided an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange a re-delivery or cancellation. Re-delivery availability depends on courier service coverage and order status.

Risk of loss transfers when the order is delivered to the verified recipient or picked up by the customer. Please inspect your order promptly after delivery or pickup.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and items received. We will review the issue and let you know the available resolution.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order, delivery address, and legal requirements.
