All sales made through Vape007 are considered final. Due to the nature of vaping products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or used items. This includes e-liquids, disposable vapes, coils, pods, tanks, and similar items.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or store credit if the product is found to be faulty and unused.

Please note that Vape007 is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs. We also do not accept returns for change of mind or accidental orders.
