Same-day delivery
North York customers can check same-day delivery at checkout after adding products and entering a delivery address.
How North York delivery works
Apartment and condo deliveries should include buzzer or concierge instructions so the courier can complete the handoff and age check smoothly.
1. Shop
Choose products that are currently available online.
2. Enter address
Use the exact delivery address so coverage can be checked correctly.
3. Confirm
Select the same-day option if it appears for your order.
Important
Courier coverage can change by postal code, product availability, order volume, weather, and timing. If same-day delivery does not appear at checkout, the address may be outside the current route or the order may be outside the current service window.
Customers receive delivery updates when the parcel is picked up, out for delivery, and delivered. The recipient must be legally allowed to purchase the products and complete age verification when required.
